Retail ERP Specialist

Our client is an international retail group who are looking for a Retail ERP Specialist to join their global IT team in Dublin. You’ll support and improve their ERP and omnichannel platforms, acting as the link between IT, retail operations, merchandising, finance and external vendors.

What we are looking for:

• Min 5 years in a retail systems role, supporting multi-site retail operations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or Navision, ideally with LS Central
• A strong grasp of retail processes: inventory, pricing, promotions, POS and replenishment
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows, plus issue triage and root cause analysis
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and release support
• Confident with stakeholders and vendors, and commercially aware
